  5. This CD contains Enhanced CU-SeeMe Version 2.0.1 for Windows
  6.

  8. CONTENTS OF THIS CD:

  10. This CD contains a full working version of the software you need
  11. to install and run Enhanced CU-SeeMe for Windows. This CD provides 
  12. everything you need to install your software, whether you are a 
  13. registered user or a demo user. You will need a serial number to 
  14. unlock the software on this CD. The DEMO serial number for this CD
  15. is:

  19. NOTE: "0" is the numeral zero.

  21. You can also get a serial number directly from White Pine from the
  22. CU-SeeMe home page on the World Wide Web at:

  26. From the home page, click on Download Demos. From the Download Demo
  27. page, click on the Download Demo button for the software you want to
  28. demo. Then click on the Serial Number button at the top of the page.

  34. INSTALLING ENHANCED CU-SEEME FOR WINDOWS:
  35.  
  36. You can find the software for your Enhanced CU-SeeMe Windows client
  37. in the folder named cu-seeme on this CD. Change directory to cu-seeme,
  38. and select the the file cu201win.exe and copy it to your system disk.

  40. DOCUMENTATION FOR ENHANCED CU-SEEME:
  41.  
  42. This CD contains an electronic version of the Enhanced CU-SeeMe
  43. User Guide and the WhitePineBoard User Guide. The user guides are
  44. included in the Adobe Portable Document Format (referred to as pdf
  45. files). These pdf files will automatically be installed on your
  46. system when you install Enhanced CU-SeeMe. The Adobe Acrobat Reader
  47. application will also be automatically installed. The Acrobat
  48. Reader is needed to read the pdf files.

  59. PC system with an 486 DX/33 or higher processor (video receive only) 
  60. 486 DX/66 or higher processor recommended 
  61. Windows 95, Windows 3.1, or Windows for WorkGroups 3.11 running in enhanced mode 
  62. 256-color (8-bit) video with 640x480 or higher resolution 
  63. Sound card with 8-bit sound with microphone input (needed for sending) and speaker output 
  64. Minimum 4MB RAM (8MB or more recommended) 
  65. An IP network connection

  67. Windows Sockets compliant TCP/IP stack 
  68. Bandwidth of 28.8Kb or better (14.4Kb for audio only) 
  69. SLIP/PPP compatible
